Delivery coverage
We deliver inside Dhaka and to other districts in Bangladesh where courier service and order handling are available. Some locations or heavy/sensitive items may require phone confirmation before dispatch.
Order confirmation
Please provide an active phone number. For model-specific batteries, keyboards, displays, and adapters, our team may call or message you to confirm compatibility before shipping.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and service areas. If COD is not available for a location or product, our team will contact you with the available payment option before dispatch.

Delivery time
Delivery time depends on stock, product type, courier schedule, and destination. Dhaka orders are usually processed faster; outside Dhaka orders may take longer depending on courier coverage.
Delivery charge
Delivery charge may vary by item, location, and courier method. Any charge shown at checkout or confirmed by our team will apply to the order.

Damaged, wrong, or defective delivery
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective item, contact LaptopVai as soon as possible with your order information and product photos if needed.
Returns are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item matches the return conditions stated in that policy.
